π Need someone to talk to?
It's not your fault.
Sometimes grown-ups get angry, act strange, drink too much or aren't okay. When that happens, it can feel like you did something wrong. You didn't. How a grown-up acts is about them, not you. It is never your fault.
You don't have to handle it alone. Tell a grown-up you trust: a teacher, a school counselor, a coach, a grandparent, an aunt or uncle, or a friend's parent. Or call or text one of the free help lines below. They're private, the people there are kind, and you won't get in trouble for calling.
If you're in danger right now, call 911 (or your country's emergency number).
